[Here’s how it works]
Enter your login details in the app. If you’re new to VL Taxi you will have to sign up for a new account by giving your email address, contact number and setting up a VL Taxi password.
Select the pick-up location on the map.
Choose the drop location and the preferred ride.
After selecting the locations, a request will be sent to the nearby drivers.
You will receive a notification when a driver will accept the request. Driver details and live location will be shared with you on the app instantly.
Another notification will be received when the driver will reach the pick-up point.
Your ride will start when you get into the cab. All our vehicles come equipped with onboard GPS for route navigation so you can track your cab in real-time.
Reaching the drop location will generate the invoice for your trip via a message and an email.
Choose from the multiple payment options available - Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card etc.
After the ride, the driver and customer can rate each other to provide us with a feedback which will help us in improving the future experience.
