About Voicer
Quick and stable recording/modification, allowing you to review your sound quickly as well as sharing it with others. Besides being a voice recorder, it also scales up for power users who want to record a long session on the road and export to high quality audio.
The effects range from practical utilities to wild changes let you sound like a warbling vampire robot if you like.
The interface is minimal yet does not waste any space unlike the other apps out there. You can see the shape of your sound from the wave form, touch it to play and seek. You touch an effect slider and hear the effected sound instantly, without waiting for any progress bar.

- 26 real-time effects (such as reverb, distortion, robot, low-pass)
