Wait&Focus starts an automatic 7-second meditation every time you open an unwanted app, and helps to combat unconscious app openings and procrastination

Unlike the default Screen Time function, Wait&Focus meditation cannot be hidden and unlocked free access for the whole day — it makes you wait every time you open the application. A few seconds is enough to feel conscious, to remember your plans, your goals, and to make the right decision - whether to go back to the app you open or not.
