The HELP DESK app assists in cases when technical support for Waldmann products is needed. It provides quick and easy support, especially in cases which cannot be solved through the telephone. HELP DESK uses the built-in camera and establishes a direct voice connection to the Waldmann service team. The live image function can help can to solve specific issues from a distance.
