About Walkie – Messaging On The Go
Walkie is the perfect on the go messenger for your iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. It helps you to type and walk without crashing into other people or objects on the road.
Walkie uses the front camera to display obstacles in front of you. So you can always keep an eye on the road.
Through two different text formats, Walkie offers an easy way to read the text on any background. Setup both formats as you like and change quickly between them while you type and walk.
By using your LED flashlight (if your device has one), the “Night Mode” even enlightens your road.

This update brings several general improvements for all devices including support for iOS 9, 3D Touch Quick Actions and the iPad Pro.

A lot changed under the hood since the last update. This helps us to keep Walkie modern and light. And we will continue with every update!
This update brings the supports for iOS 8 as well as the new iPhone 6 and 6 Plus with the huge Retina HD display.
Version 2.1 is mostly a compatibility update. But one new feature already mades it's way to the app. Now you can tap & hold the share button to let you iPhone read the text out loud. So you can check if your text is complete without looking at your device. Very handy, right?! ;)
