To create routes, Internet connection is required. Once a route is sent to the watch, you can follow it offline. Actually you don't even need to have your phone with you after the route is set.

It is very convenient to navigate using only the watch. You can keep your phone safe in your pocket, or simply leave it at home.

Navigating with the phone drains a lot of battery. This can be avoided with Watch Routes. After the route is uploaded to the watch, you will not need Internet connection, GPS or use any background service on your phone. And you will keep its screen off. This is great, no?!

Main features:
- Create a route with multiple waypoints with a few clicks
- Quickly find routes to saved locations, to addresses of your contacts, or to the next events on your calendar (button LOAD)
- GPX files are supported

Limitations:
- Turn-by-turn instructions are shown when the screen is on. However, when the screen is off, the app does NOT send alerts. So you must check the watch from time to time.
- Routes are NOT automatically recalculated. The watch only shows the information which was sent from the phone.
- These limitations are due to the current architecture of the watch's operational system. The watch can receive notifications from apps which are also running on the phone. This is how the official "Maps" and other navigation apps work nowadays. But Watch Routes is intended to work as a standalone app. Unfortunately, standalone apps have very limited possibilities when they run in the background.

The free version allows you to follow a route for a certain distance. Upgrade the app to use it unlimitedly.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:

This app offers the possibility to purchase an auto-renewable subscription: "Unlock Watch Routes". The length of this subscription is one year. By subscribing to our service, any content previously blocked in the app, such as the detailed driving instructions being hidden after the trial period of each route, will always be displayed.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal costs the same as the initial price.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
