* Test Results will now indicate the source of entry, whether it came from a meter or was manually entered. This will appear on the water test report with a meter icon or keyboard icon respectively
* Added the Operator Role. Operator is a new User Role that can be assigned specific Sites for testing. When an Operator logs in, only the Sites assigned to that user are accessible for testing.
