Finally it's here: The WEB.DE app shines in Dark Mode!
From now on you can use the app in dark mode if you set the appearance to "Dark" in the settings of your mobile device in the menu item "Display & Brightness".

The lower option bar of the email view has been re-designed to find options such as "Reply", "Move" and many others, more easily.
Among other things, the following errors have been fixed:
- An error was fixed which caused the app to crash when deleting all emails in the inbox.
- Encrypted emails are again marked as such in the email view. Clicking on the encryption icon allows the security key to be displayed again or starts the decryption process.

- You can now finally add attachments directly from the iOS "Files" app. Just click on the paper clip icon in "Write Mail" and the option is available.

With this version the following adaptions and improvements for Mail, Online-Speicher, FreeMessage and News are released:
- the HEIC format will now automatically be converted when adding it as an attachment
- the editing of the folderlist was improved
- when editing the maillist the number of selected mails is displayed at the top of the screen
- removal of the Watch Extension - you will still be able to receive notifications and use actions
- the account order will now be saved which avoids a change in the order when updating
Additionally we fixed the following bugs:
- displaying mails twice
- displaying of unread mails in your outbox although the outbox does not have any unread mails
- iPhone X fixes concerning the "safe area"
- when opening a FreeMessage Notification the side menu is not opened anymore
- the FreeMessage Tab will display the badge icon again and the unread messages can clearly be distinguished from read messages
