The WEINIG App Suite offers a variety of tools for the work in the joinery and wooden industry.
The App Suite includes:
• Calculation functions for every day like angle calculator, cutter mark calculator, a residual length calculator for edge banding and a QR code reader
• With the Machine Monitor you have a complete overview of the production of your machines from all over the world and in real-time. The status display shows the current state of your machine and with the machine-related order overview you are able to see the order information as well as the progress of it.
• A customer oriented service sector with the following advantages for you:
- Fast contact to your WEINIG expert by mail and phone
- Creating and marking pictures
- Sending videos to WEINIG
- Overview of your WEINIG machinery including your contact persons
• Latest news from WEINIG
• Easy access to our web shop
• Maintenance information transferred directly to your smart phone by push messages

In time for the LIGNA the latest version of the WEINIG Service App is available in the Stores!
With the completely improved and intuitive App we realized again numerous optimizations and further developments. The focus of this release was placed on our integrated WEINIG Machine-Monitor.
The reasons for the machine monitor are obvious.
-PRODUCTION OVERVIEW Anytime and anywhere
Under the motto „worldwide live“ your smartphone enables you the view into your own production, regardless of your location.
-ORDER OVERVIEW Your customers‘ orders always in view
Keep an overview thanks to order details with progress information as well as an order history of the produced orders.
-PRODUCTION ANALYSIS Give your machine a break
The reduction of production costs by optimizing the idle and setting times has highest priority in the machine monitoring.
-OPTIMAL MAINTENANCE Best possible availability
The brandnew spindle monitoring controls the spindle status and reports critical values out of limit. The sensor analysis reduces standstill times and prevents damages. Due to the maximal service life of spare parts and a fast reaction time you will reduce your production costs effectively.
Furthermore, besides smaller trouble shootings and performance improvements, the registration process and the automatic update of machines and contacts were improved.
