We’ve made some general improvements, including updating the Wi-Fi driver for enhanced disc connection stability, improving management of the Devices list and fixing an iOS app communication issue. We also have an update for your disc software which will come to you automatically over the coming days. This update adds lots of great new features:
• Access Controls – puts you in control of your home network, giving you the flexibility to pause your Wi-Fi for individual devices, or groups of devices, or for everyone. You can also set-up schedules for timed pauses, such as a regular bedtime pause, or you can create your own custom pause schedules.
• Device management – gives you the ability to view, block and rename any devices on your network so they’re easier to recognise. By grouping devices together, you can manage your network in a few simple steps.
• Guest network – gives easy internet access for your guests. It’s simple to set up a separate Wi-Fi network for guests and share access details via the app.
• Network visibility – gives you improved visibility of how your Whole Home Wi-Fi network is connected and shows the status of each disc and the number of devices connected.
