We’ve added an all new social feature to the app called the “WHOLE Buddy System (beta).” With the Buddy System, you can choose to add a companion on your journey to a happier you with WHOLE. Your WHOLE Buddy can interact with you in the app on an all new shared “Buddy Feed.” The Buddy Feed showcases al the efforts you are taking to live a happier life and can help inspire and motivate your Buddy to do the same. Having a busy day and forgot to check in with your mental health on WHOLE? Not to worry, friends keep each other on track and your WHOLE Buddy is there for you! Your Buddy can give you a nudge to remind you to check in on your mental health on days when you need it. The WHOLE Buddy system is free and available to all users of the app, so go ahead, give it a try…and invite your friend to try it too!
