New update: insurance, booking and a new city - Sochi!
There were cases when someone rented a scooter 2 minutes before you got there, during high demand. That's it! It won't happen anymore — you will be able to book a scooter. It will be locked, and nobody will rent it. Once the booking time is up, a trip starts automatically, if the booking is not cancelled.
Trip insurance is now available! It covers cases of damage to the health or property of the person, who rented the scooter, and third parties affected by the actions of the person, who rented the scooter. For instance, if a phone crashes because of a sudden twist — it will be covered by the insurance. Check the app for details. You can cancel the insurance before your trip start — there is a special button in the app.
Whoosh is now available in Sochi and we hope to operate there all year round! The season is over in Moscow and Novosibirsk — they've gone for winter holidays, and we will soon finish in St. Petersburg.
We will definitely come back by spring 2020!

Now from 5₽ per minute and from 0₽ start price. We more than doubled our scooters park!
We improved our pricing policy - now we use flexible fare. It’s complicated and depends of scooters’ model. It could be a bit higher or cheaper than the basic one.
Flexible fare benefits user, who can chose low cost period to ride and help us improve scooters’ utilization.
We hope, that some of you will appreciate low cost morning time to get to job or will enjoy night ride.
The App will show you the fare applied after you’ve chosen a scooter. Now the flexible fare is only for Moscow, afterwards we are going to apply it in others cities.
You can send us perfect photos after finishing ride. We’ve added a feature to take another photo before sending it if the previous one isn’t perfect.
Some users had troubles to see battery charge on the map before starting a ride. We’ve cured this bug.
And one more good news for today, but not about our App - our scooters are in St. Petersburg now!

Improved Sign up flow to make it more convenient. The country code is suggested automatically while you are entering phone number.
For signed up users the security code from the push message fulfilled automatically.
In case if you have a bad network connection and App can’t upload all information it will show you a message instead of out of date information about available scooters.
There is “Delete my account” feature at the user’s profile section. For those who decided get back to the classic movement. Be aware after deleting your account, it is impossible to restore data.

The main thing’s done is enhancing parking lock screen functionality. Now there are detailed guide and rearranged buttons.
Made an additional finish the ride confirmation in order to prevent unintentional button tap.
We added finish the ride photo confirmation feature. You’ll need to snap the parked and locked scooter. Give us good and nice photo of scooter chained to the bike parking lot, so we can see that the scooter and lock aren’t damaged and confirm that the scooter’s parked correctly.
We’ve made some other minor improvements to make our service better and we’ll keep doing it further.
