•PAETEC Enterprise and Small Business customer now can manage:
•Contact management: Allow users to manage their own contacts, including additions, removals and updates, replacing the present capability which is limited to Billing Contact Management from their mobile phone. When adding a new contact, the app will also identify potential duplicate existing contacts and allow user to cancel new contact and edit an existing contact.
•Notification Center: Allow users the ability to enroll contacts for multiple notifications in one consolidated screen from mobile device. Notifications include Invoice Available Online, FTP Invoice Delivery, Maintenance, Service Requests, Service Impairment Alerts and Order Status. The notification delivery methods will include push, SMS and Email.
