Adding two new features: reservations and inventory control. Now you can manage reservations AND orders on the phone, same as on the web!

Also, you can mark dishes as out of stock to prevent customers from ordering unavailable dishes online. Mark them back as in stock once they are available again.

Finally, on the side menu, the Active Orders and All Orders have been rolled into a single item on the side menu called Orders, with three separate tabs for New, In Progress, and All - same as on the web!
