Resolved Issues:
Native US and Canada account and language forms reinstated for residential extra pickup; for commercial extra pickup, container repair and report missed pickup; and for roll-off container repair
ACH for Checking as a payment method has been implemented for Canada users who are logged in as a guest or with their account credentials
