About The WOD Generator: Workout

WOD Generator with a huge variety of intense workouts (15,000+ with more being added all the time). Simply choose from one of the 20+ categories to generate a random workout of the day. Favorite any WODs you like to come back to. Time and log your workouts with the Pro upgrade.

I started CrossFit about 10 years ago, and built The WOD Generator to help people like you (and me!) train when you can't get to a box (for whatever reason). I'm always looking to improve it, so please get in touch if you have any suggestions or feedback :)

Hey everyone! Hope you're keeping well :) This update includes lots more workouts, including the latest Open ones!

* 100s of new workouts, including the latest Open workouts and suspension training
* New suspension workout category
* Fixed some benchmark WODs that were missing items – this was a bug I introduced in the previous update, sorry about that!

Hey everyone! Here's a huge update, I hope you like it! :)

* A HUGE amount of new workouts (2,000+), including 100s of new Partner workouts
* You can now customise every workout even more, for example, you can edit the duration of an AMRAP, or the number of rounds for an RFT workout
* Custom WOD updates: (1) you can create partner workouts, (2) a new "every X minutes do this" option, (3) better bulk add, and (4) bug fixes around movement selection (sorry about that!)
* Now, if you have the same movement multiple times in a workout, you can have different reps for each one.
* More granular control over duration in the custom timer (set a specific minimum and / or maximum duration)
* You can now edit your workouts in the timer!
* Bug fixes and performance improvements
