Customers have recently reported problems with purchasing and viewing their digital magazines.
We are currently working to resolve this issue, but in the meantime, if you’re experiencing problems please follow the instructions below:
1: Double tap the ‘Home Button’
2: Press and hold the Woman & Home icon
3: Quit the app
4: Re-launch the Woman & Home app. This should re-initiate and complete your download.
You will not be charged again for your purchase.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, and we hope you will continue to enjoy reading Woman & Home magazine.

Following the update of iOS 6.1 we are getting reports from customers that the Woman & Home Magazine app is crashing when there is no Wi-Fi connection present or if the iPad / iPhone is on Airplane mode. We are working on fixing this problem but at this time we advise customers against updating their devices to iOS 6.1 to continue enjoying your digital editions.
