We built the app because we needed to use something like it and found nothing good enough. So, the app is designed to time your workouts.
Simply input the time, in seconds, for the warm-up, exercise session and rest, followed by the number of sets, and you're ready to go.
A set is just the warm-up, exercise and rest periods put together and you can choose how many sets you want to do.
