1. Changed error messages to more user friendly messages

2. Nevada Betting Numbers are now included in the application- displayed next to each team in the application. There is an option in Settings to turn this off. However by default Betting Numbers will be on/visual.

4. Ability to reorder the way betting options appear under each sport e.g. Money line odds appear first then point spread, then totals.
