1.在網路連線狀態下可以切換使用免費影像圖磚和單位內專屬圖層資料，並可將圖資(如地籍圖)與通用版電子地圖交互套疊整合。
2.無網路狀態下，可使用離線圖資、可合GPS顯現所在位置地籍套航照圖呈現地段地號、坐標。並可設定目的地進行導航。
3.可使用手勢操作平移放大縮小地圖，並具備屬性查詢、自訂屬性欄位名稱及資料。
4.具備圖層控制功能，可依需求選擇顯現與否、可調整地號字型大小、線條粗細與顏色設定，並可擷取欄位資料並作中文、數字、英文之編輯與顯示。
