About Xen Strength Yoga

We're an intimate, boutique yoga studio offering classes that combine yoga and strength training with mindfulness. Xen Strength Yoga combines everything you need from a movement method. You’ll get flexible from the yoga, you’ll sculpt your body from the addition of strength training and you’ll learn to chill and be more present during the restorative and meditative finale. It’s the only kind of multi-tasking we recommend!

Whether holding a block overhead in Warrior 1, doing a tricep kickback with weights in Warrior 3, using a slider under your foot in high lunge, or focusing on the rise and fall of the chest in savasana, you’ll leave feeling strong and centered all at once.
