About Xfinity Authenticator
The Xfinity Authenticator app helps keep your information safe even if someone gains unwanted access to your Xfinity ID. This extra layer of security helps prevent anyone who does not have your permission from signing into your Xfinity account. Authenticator works with our Two-Step Verification, so it's easy to approve sign-in requests with Touch or Face ID.
Xfinity Authenticator is available to all Xfinity customers.

We're continuing to keep your data secure with these important new features.
Now, you can:
- Navigate the app in Spanish. It will automatically use the language you prefer based on your device settings.
- Approve or deny a sign-in request from your phone while it’s locked. We fixed a bug that was causing users to be signed out of the Authenticator app if they tried to respond to an approve or deny request on their lock screen.
- Also, we fixed some bugs that had been causing the app to crash.
Now, you can:
