Voice-related operation improvement

- Improved to hear conference audio even when playing video with audio with the app in the background
Precautions when network interruption occurs
* If you have set a high resolution / high frame rate, the application may be forcibly terminated in about 30 seconds after reconnection processing when the network is interrupted during a conference connection.
When the resolution is set to qHD or higher and the frame rate is set to 15FPS or higher, it is recommended to close the application once and restart it instead of executing the reconnection process when the network is interrupted.
