Your Streets Description
The Smyle for Cheshire West app allows you to report problems such as graffiti, fly-tipping, litter and dog fouling on your street to your local authority Cheshire West and Chester Council

It brings together citizens and local authority workers to improve local environmental quality. The reports that you post are available for everyone to see and you can also see issues reported by Cheshire west staff, Police, local Councillors and other partners. Smyle for Cheshire West also encourages positive images of your local environment that you would like to share with others.

Smyle for Cheshire West is more than a reporting tool, it demonstrates that we can go beyond making it easy for you to report issues and tap into the potential for our staff and partners to share with you what they have done.

You can make a report in three easy steps:
1) Check the location (which is detected for you automatically)
2) Take a photo
3) Give a description, if necessary, and pick a report category Then simply submit your report.

Your report will be sent to the Cheshire West and Chester Council and you can be kept informed of progress in a variety of ways, including text and email messages and the Smyle for Cheshire West website (http://smyleforcheshirewest.org).
