About ZamZam
ZamZam Mobile application brings a great new hotel experience to mobile with our ZamZam native App. Designed for the latest iOS 8 devices. We have created the mobile app with ‘express’ features that help our mobile customers get things done while on the move.
The new app brings great pre-arrival, shopping, check-in and in-house experiences to mobile in format that is easier and simpler to use.
We will release new updates and additional features regularly on the App Store based on your feedback and comments so please use our ‘Online Feedback’ in the app to tell us what you like and you want to see added or changed in the future.

Notifications:
- ZamZam will occasionally send you timely and relevant notifications to your app about new features, offers, alerts, announcement and other important news
- We recommend all our customers to opt in for receiving notifications on the mobile app so they can receive this helpful information.
Pre-Arrival Preferences :
For your upcoming stay, you may submit your preferences, according to the hotel availability we will do our best to make your stay a memorable one
Limousine Services:
With embedded limousine service you can book your limousine to pick you up from the location you specified
Online Check-In:
Once your room is ready you will receive a push notification and SMS informing you that your room ready and you can check-in online, you only need to click check-in and to get your room key card from front desk.
iServices:
With iServices, we put all Hotel’s service within your hand, you can order anything within a second while on the move.
Other functions:
Social Login (Facebook), Special for you, Online shopping, Hotel directory, Flight information, Airlines Check-In, Room services menu, eNews, Private sales, Private alerts
