② No longer need a short or long term parking space? We’d be sad to see you go, but that’s life: you can now directly request the deletion of your account and data from the app.

This new version 4.16, crafted with care by K. and Y., brings you new features to make it easier for you to find a car spot.

1. We have clarified the terms “Reservation” by “Hourly” (occasional need from one hour to three months) and “Subscription” by “Monthly” (monthly rental without obligation) in the search. No more doubts now, depending on what you need!

2. Car parks that do not match your search criteria (size of your vehicle, period between purchase and parking, etc.) are now displayed as “not adapted“ in your search results, along with the reason(s) for the incompatibility. This makes it easier for you to adapt your search if you are flexible (other vehicle, shifted hours, ...) and take advantage of a car spot that suits you!

3. You can easily copy/paste the address of a parking space to share or reuse it.

4. We have further tightened the constraints on your password: it must now contain at least 8 characters, including one upper case, one lower case, one number and one special character. You can still use your old password to log in, but remember to update it soon.

Some fixes have also been made to give you the best experience using the application.

Update your app to enjoy the new features:

• Book your space in over 250 new Indigo car parks and access them with license plate recognition! Reserve your Indigo car park in the Zenpark app, select the plate of the vehicle you will be using, and the day of your reservation, drive to the entrance: your plate will be automatically identified and the barrier will open. And if you change your mind or change your vehicle, you can cancel in these car parks for free up to one hour before the beginning of your reservation.

• A problem during payment of your last invoices? Find your unpaid invoices in the “More” tab of your app to quickly resolve your situation and be able to use again our service with confidence.

We also made some bug fixes, and verified that the app works well with iOS 15.

- On a intégré un vrai moteur de recherche, qui vous permet de chercher un parking proche de votre destination, de réserver une place pour tout de suite ou pour plus tard, et surtout d’être sûr que votre véhicule rentrera dans le parking. C’est mieux !
La page de résultats a eu droit à pas mal d'améliorations : recherche par carte ou par liste ? Vous avez le choix, les 2 se complètent pour vous permettre de trouver la meilleure solution. Jouez avec la carte et relancez la recherche dans une zone donnée ou triez et filtrez la liste pour trouver le parking le plus adapté à vos besoins.

- L'inscription est intégrée de façon plus logique au parcours, c'est-à-dire juste si vous réservez, au moment de payer.

Nous avons volontairement limité les champs à remplir au minimum, juste ce qui nous permet de vous identifier et de vous contacter en cas de besoin pendant vos réservations.
Grâce au compte, vous allez pouvoir ajouter des crédits de stationnement ou des codes promo pour payer encore moins cher, modifier vos cartes bancaires, gérer vos plaques d'immatriculation, accéder à l'historique de vos consommations...

- Le paiement, c'est simple !
Vous rentrez les informations de votre carte bancaire, elle est enregistrée, vous payez. Et c'est tout.
Vous pouvez même la scanner grâce à l'appareil photo de votre smartphone.

- Trouver et accéder aux parkings :
Facile, une fois devant l'entrée du parking, vous cliquez sur le bouton 'Entrer / Sortir' de votre réservation, un message vous rappelle comment accéder au parking.

A noter également que nous vous proposons maintenant plus de 250 parkings en France et en Belgique, dans les grandes villes et autour des gares et aéroports, pour votre confort.

Bref, l'application a fait un stage intensif et accéléré de musculation ;)

On avait à cœur de prendre en compte vos remarques. On a tout revu ! Cette nouvelle version a pour but de vous offrir un vrai confort d’utilisation et un service aux petits oignons ! 

- On a intégré un vrai moteur de recherche, qui vous permet de chercher un parking proche de votre destination, de réserver une place pour tout de suite ou pour plus tard, et surtout d’être sûr que votre véhicule rentrera dans le parking. C’est mieux !
La page de résultats a eu droit à pas mal d'améliorations : recherche par carte ou par liste ? Vous avez le choix, les 2 se complètent pour vous permettre de trouver la meilleure solution.
