The aim of these objectives is to allow the manager to evaluate the performance of his employee during the Annual Appraisal Interview.

- Full display of title and description in the evaluation/feedback page of an Objective or Skill.
- New visual presentation of Objectives in Check-ins questions.
- A closing checkbox that can be configured by the Check-in creator.
- Stopping the automatic closing of the Objectives at 100%. It is now possible to close an unreached Objective and reach a Objective without closing it.
- New optional global comment in each question targeting Objectives.

- To be able to transfer ownership of an Objective or Skill from its scope to someone else in the company
- Be able to edit the Objective or Skill of a collaborator within its scope by a Super Admin or Admin
- Be able to customize the scale and unit of measurement of Objective and Skill tasks
- A collaborator can attach a Goal or Competency to an organizational unit of which they are a direct member
