- If your sit isn't quickly accepted by one of your favorites, ZipSit will automatically reach out to other top sitters in your area and allow them to apply for the sit. You will be presented with additional ZipSitter options - you can view their profile, chat with them through the app, or meet in person before accepting the sit. Never go without getting a sitter!

- Families can now see the distance that sitters are from their location.
- Families now have the option to submit a request to additional ZipSitters in their circle if their original request wasn’t accepted.
- Families can now see if a ZipSitter is ZipSit Certified – the badge will be present on the ZipSitters profile page.

ZipSit has a whole new look!

We've been hard at work to make ZipSit more helpful for both Parents and Sitters in this latest update. Not only have we created a whole new interface that makes ZipSit fun and easy to use, we've built in new features to help Parents discover nearby ZipSitters to create their SitterCircle and to help Sitters control who they receive sit requests from.

Parents, now you can pay your sitter with a credit card! Simply invite your Sitters in the app, schedule a sit, and effortlessly have the sit billed to your card! ZipSit does all the work in finding a Sitter you already trust, measuring the time of your sit, and only billing you for the exact length of your sit time.

For Sitters, ZipSit has always been safe but we've made it safer by allowing you to control which families connect with you so you only receive their Sit Requests. Sitting for many families? No problem, you can easily be reminded of upcoming sits by adding a scheduled sit directly to your iPhone calendar!

Due to popular demand, now you can request a sit from all the sitters around you, a short list of favorite sitters, or even one specific sitter! Just favorite the sitters you prefer from the sitters around you and only those sitters will get a sit request. From there you can send a sit request to all your preferred sitters or pick your favorite and send only to her.

Already have a sitter but would prefer to pay by credit card? Join ZipSit together and send them sit requests directly through the app! ZipSit will time all your sits so you'll only be billed for the exact length of time you needed a sitter.

Sitters now have to pass a third party background check before they are able to accept a sit on ZipSit.
