• Hannah, Ginny, Sembello, and Amelia will no longer be available as hero skins.
• Players who unlocked crossover heroes will automatically unlock the corresponding heroes (Hanna, Ginny, Sembello, and Amelia), with levels, star ratings, enhancements, nanoweapons, and specialties matching your previously owned crossover heroes.
• Crossover heroes' troop skills are now inactive, and they no longer possess nanoweapons, specialties, or can be reset.

Optimizations:

1. Reservoir Tournament:
a. Alliance members who qualify for the competition will retain their eligibility even when rejoining the original alliance after leaving between the end of the sign-up period and the rest period. The same applies to rejoining the original participating alliance from the end of the rest period until the event concludes.
b. Members of alliances eliminated in the playoffs, who are eligible for alliance rewards, can leave the alliance before the event ends without affecting their eligibility to receive member rewards.
c. Rewards have been adjusted.

2. Apex Match:
Players can now immigrate during non-qualification periods. However, if they haven't been eliminated yet, they will no longer participate in subsequent matches after immigrating, and they won't be eligible for rewards.

3. Event Adjustments:
a. Diamond Expert will now be open for two days, on Saturdays and Sundays.
b. Chip & Cube will take place on Sundays.
c. Diamond Wheel will be opened irregularly.

4. Ruins Challenge:
a. Ultimate Challenge will be rescheduled to Saturdays.
b. Chip Challenge and Cube Challenge will be scheduled for Sundays.

5. Alliance Showdown: Resource transportation quests have been added to the event.

• A new state protection area has been added. States in the protection area will only match with states that have similar opening times, and HQ brackets will not be applied.
• Nuka Ore Box: When the countdown ends, the Nuka Ore Box occupant will obtain the Nuka Ore rewards.
3. Alliance officials will now receive buffs.

Optimizations
1. Ace Commander: Gather Resources. Reduced the number of points that can be obtained through Diamond spending and implemented a maximum limit on the points that can be earned this way.
2. Dueling Legend: Point requirements for some tiers have been lowered, and purchasing Dueling Legend will double your challenge points.
3. Ultimate Challenge: The challenge level is based on the level of the fifth highest level hero. Heroes exceeding this level will retain their own original level.

Players whose excavation time has not expired will stay in their original pit temporarily after the update. Rare Earth Pits will gradually increase in number in each Battle Division.
3. When you delete a friend, you will also be removed from their friend list.

Optimizations
1. Wasteland Conquest
• Added Wasteland Hospital. During the contest, all lost soldiers in battles over Turrets or Fortresses will be sent to Wasteland Hospital (soldiers damaged by Turret attacks when occupying a Fortress will also be sent to Wasteland Hospital). After the Wasteland Conquest battles end, the Wasteland Hospital will close 10 minutes afterwards. For all soldiers that haven't finished treatment in the hospital, 90% of them will recover while 10% of them will die.
• Exploit Source:
Previously: Exploits are obtained from killing or losing T9+ units.
New: Finish Wasteland Conquest Exploit quests to obtain Exploits. Quests include Kills Quest, Fallen Units Quest, and Occupation Quest.
2. Feast:
• Feast membership limit is removed.
• Purchasing feast packs sends gifts to all feast members. There will be a limit of claimable gifts in each feast. The limits are different between different feasts.
• You will need to wait for a while after sending one message in feast.
3. Ace Commander

• Fighter's Bash: Each normal attack has a 30% chance to deal 50% more damage.
• Rider's Charge: After using a Tactical Skill, there is a 50% chance to make this phalanx charge for 5s, increasing the base ATK of the affected Rider units by 60%.
• Shooter Dodge: While in combat, your phalanx has an 18% chance to dodge tactical attacks.
• Revenge: When all units in the phalanx are killed, deals damage one more time to enemies.
Notes:
• The Revenge techs of each tier and type of units must be researched separately.
• The damage dealt is subject to the number of units of the corresponding tier.
• The Revenge techs are only available to T6 or above units.
3. Alliance Conquest. Alliances can compete against one another in match-3 battles. The sign-up for the first Alliance Conquest begins on June 16th. This feature is available to states that have been founded for at least 90 days.
4. New voiceovers for some heroes.
5. Anonymous alliance gifts. You can choose to remain anonymous when sending gifts to your alliance members.
6. Added an Auto Allocate function to the Alliance Treasury.

Optimizations
1. Watch Tower optimized. The Watch Tower now displays four types of warning: Attacks, scouts, reinforcements, and rallies.
2. Adjusted the hero stats provided by hero skins from ATK +5%, DEF +5%, and HP +5% to ATK +10% and DEF +5%.
3. Starting from round 11, all match-3 battles will show Dmg Boost. You can tap the corresponding icon to check the details.
