The Thrive ZP app makes it possible to transform your life, one small Better Choice at a time. It’s a behavior change coach in your pocket, encouraging you to take your well-being journey at your own pace and celebrate your successes along the way! Use the Thrive ZP app to commit to Better Choices in these areas of your life: Food, Fitness, Family, Money, Gratitude, and Sleep. Pick from a variety of easy-to-do Better Choices, or come up with your own.
Once you’ve decided on a Better Choice or two, start your 21-day Thrive ZP Challenge! Log your Better Choices each day (there’s no minimum or maximum) and enjoy all the positive benefits in your life. After 21 days, submit a short story about your Thrive ZP Challenge and enter for a chance to win part of $1,000,000 in cash prizes!
