Первичная профсоюзная организация студентов и аспирантов Национального аэрокосмического университета им. Н.Е.Жуковского ХАИ – это добровольная неприбыльная профсоюзная общественная организация студентов и аспирантов университета, целью которой является представительство, осуществление и защита учебных, социально-экономических прав и интересов членов профсоюза. Членом профсоюза может стать любая особа, которая учится в университете на дневной форме обучения, без любого ограничения по национальности, расовой принадлежности, полу, партийности или религиозным убеждениям.

Профком студентов тесно взаимодействует с Советом молодых ученых студентов и аспирантов, другими общественными районными, городскими, областными объединениями, курирует работу студенческих советов общежитий, ДНД.
