החנות שלנו" היא חנות מזון הפועלת כעסק חברתי, בבעלות חברי קואופרטיב "שלנו". זו חנות שונה מכל חנות מזון אחרת, בכל אחד ממרכיבי הפעילות שלה-

1. לקוחות- החנות היא עסק חברתי, המציע תמחור הוגן, שקוף ואחיד של המוצרים ומעודד צרכנות נבונה וחסכנית- אצלנו אין "מבצעים" וטריקים שיווקיים- קונים רק מה שצריך! כל הטבה שאנו מקבלים מהיצרנים מתורגמת מיידית להטבה ללקוחות. הרווח הצנוע של החנות אינו מחולק לאיש, ונעשה בו שימוש להרחבת השירותים שהחנות מספק ולפתיחת חנויות נוספות.
2. יצרנים- החנות מעניקה במה ליצרנים קטנים ובינוניים ללא תשלום, לצד המנעות מהטבות כובלות מיצרנים גדולים. מרבית הפירות והירקות בחנות נרכשים ישירות מחלקאים בישובים בדרום הארץ.
3. עובדים- החנות מעסיקה את עובדיה בתנאים מכבדים תוך שמירה על זכויות סוציאליות מלאות.
