"כל העיר – מודיעין", האפליקציה של עיתון "כל העיר", המקומון הירושלמי הגדול. מאז שנוסד העיתון בשנת 1979 הוא שומר על מקומו ככלי תקשורת חוקר, מעמיק ומעורב העוסק בכל ההיבטים של החיים העירוניים בירושלים והסביבה. אתר האינטרנט פועל במשולב עם העיתון ונועד להביא לגולשים תוכן מעודכן בזמן אמיתי בכל תחומי החדשות – המערכות העירוניות, האזוריות והמקומיות, איכות הסביבה, החינוך, הבריאות, הנדל"ן, התשתיות, הפלילים, התחבורה, התרבות והספורט. כמו כן עוסק האתר ברכילות ובצרכנות ומספק לקוראיו טורים אישיים והמלצות.
