تطبيق الدارسين

الوصف:

يعتبر معهد الإدارة العامة هيئة حكومية مستقلة ذات شخصية اعتبارية، والذي يهدف إلى رفع كفاءة موظفي الدولة وإعدادهم علميًا لتحمل مسئولياتهم وممارسة صلاحياتهم على نحو يكفل الارتقاء بمستوى الإدارة ودعم قواعد تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني. كما يختص المعهد بالإسهام في التنظيم الإداري للإدارة الحكومية وإعطاء المشورة في المشكلات الإدارية التي تعرضها عليه الوزارات والأجهزة الحكومية، والبحوث المتعلقة بشئون الإدارة وتوثيق الروابط الثقافية في مجال الإدارة العامة.

يهدف هذا التطبيق، والذي يتوفر باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، إلى تزويد الدارسين بمعهد الإدارة العامة بمختلف المعلومات والخدمات التي يوفرها لهم المعهد مثل استعراض جداولهم الدراسية ومكافآتهم وخدمات فتح حساب بنكي وتجديد الكتب المعارة وغيرها.

يقدم التطبيق الخدمات التالية :
1) إمكانية استعراض تفاصيل الجدول الأسبوعي للدارس.
2) استعراض تفاصيل غيابات الدارس لبرنامج وفصل معينين مثل مجموع الغيابات وعدد الإشعارات.
3) استعراض تفاصيل المكافآت التي حصل عليها الدارس مثل نوعها وقيمتها.
4 ) استعراض المعلومات الشخصية و تحديثها .
5) استعراض تفاصيل النتائج الدراسية للدارس مثل المعدل والتقدير التراكمي لعام وفصل معينين.
6) توفير خدمات استعراض الكتب المعارة وتجديدها.
7 ) توفير خدمة طلب فتح حساب بنكي .
8 ) توفير خدمة تخفيض تذاكر السفر عبر القطار و الطائرة .
9 ) توفير معلومات الاتصال مع مختلف فروع المعهد .
10 ) متابعة آخر أخبار و أحدات المعهد.
11) متابعة الوظائف الشاغرة في المعهد و التقدم لها .


Description:

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) is a body-corporate, autonomous government agency, which aims to raise the adequacy of state employees and prepare them scientifically to carry out their responsibilities and exercise their powers to ensure enhanced management and support the development of national economy rules. The Institute also specializes in contributing to the administrative organization of Government and to give advice in the administrative problems exposed by the government ministries and agencies, and research related to the administration and closer cultural ties in the field of public administration.



This application, which is available in Arabic and English language, is designed to provide students affiliated to IPA with the various information and services provided by IPA such as reviewing their schedules and rewards, opening a bank account and renewing borrowed books.


This application provides the following services:

1 ) Reviewing the weekly schedule for the student .
2 ) Reviewing the absences details for the student , such as the total number of absences and notifications number .
3 ) Reviewing the rewards’ details that are earned by the student such as its type and amount .
4 ) Viewing and updating personal information .
5 ) Reviewing the details of the student’s grades’ results such as total grade and degree .
6 ) Applying for renewing the borrowed books.
7 ) Applying for opening bank account requests.
8 ) Applying for transportation sale requests such as train and airplane.
9 ) Updating students with the latest IPA news and events
10 ) Updating students with available jobs in IPA so they can apply for them easily.
11 ) Providing the students with the different IPA branches contact info. Show More
