الوصف:

يعتبر معهد الإدارة العامة هيئة حكومية مستقلة ذات شخصية اعتبارية، والذي يهدف إلى رفع كفاءة موظفي الدولة وإعدادهم علميًا لتحمل مسئولياتهم وممارسة صلاحياتهم على نحو يكفل الارتقاء بمستوى الإدارة ودعم قواعد تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني. كما يختص المعهد بالإسهام في التنظيم الإداري للإدارة الحكومية وإعطاء المشورة في المشكلات الإدارية التي تعرضها عليه الوزارات والأجهزة الحكومية، والبحوث المتعلقة بشئون الإدارة وتوثيق الروابط الثقافية في مجال الإدارة العامة.

يهدف هذا التطبيق، والذي يتوفر باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، إلى تزويد الموظفين العاملين في معهد الإدارة العامة بالمعلومات التي يحتاجونها مثل رواتبهم وإجازاتهم وغيرها. كما يسهل استخدام مختلف الخدمات التي يوفرها لهم المعهد مثل: طلبات الصيانة وتجديد الكتب المعارة وغيرها.

يقدم التطبيق الخدمات التالية :
1 ) استعراض التفاصيل المتعلقة بالرواتب والحسومات مثل حسومات السكن والكهرباء والماء .
2 ) استعراض رصيد الإجازات المتبقي و تاريخ الإجازات.
3 ) استعراض التفاصيل المتعلقة بالبدلات مثل تاريخ العملية والمبلغ المستحق عن العملية.
4 ) استعراض المعلومات الشخصية و تحديثها .
5 ) توفير خدمات تقديم طلب قروض واستعراض طلبات القروض الحالية .
6) إمكانية استعراض تفاصيل الجدول للموظف أسبوعيا لعام و فصل معينين.
7) إمكانية تقديم طلبات صيانة عامة و صيانة أجهزة الحاسب من مختلف فروع المعهد.
8 ) توفير خدمات استعراض الكتب المعارة وتجديدها و خدمات اقتراح كتب جديدة .
9 ) متابعة آخر أخبار و أحدات المعهد.
10 ) توفير معلومات الاتصال مع مختلف فروع المعهد .
11 ) متابعة الوظائف الشاغرة في المعهد و التقدم لها .
12 ) استعراض التفاصيل المتعلقة بتكليفات الموظف المختلفة .
13 ) توفير خدمة دليل الهاتف و التي تسهل عملية البحث عن معلومات الاتصال بموظف معين في المعهد .

Description:

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA ) is a body-corporate, autonomous government agency, which aims to raise the adequacy of state employees and prepare them scientifically to carry out their responsibilities and exercise their powers to ensure enhanced management and support the development of national economy rules. The Institute also specializes in contributing to the administrative organization of Government and to give advice in the administrative problems exposed by the government ministries and agencies, and research related to the administration and closer cultural ties in the field of public administration.


This application, which is available in Arabic and English languages, is designed to provide the employees in the IPA with the information they need, such as salaries, vacations, and others. It also facilitates the use of the various services provided by IPA, such as loan applications and renewal of borrowed and others.


This application provides the following services:

1 ) Reviewing the details of salaries and discounts such as housing Insurance, electricity and water
2 ) Reviewing the vacations balance and vacations history.
3 ) Reviewing the details of allowances, such as the date of the operation and the amount due from the operation.
4 ) Viewing and updating personal information.
5 ) Appling for new loans requests and reviewing the list of current loans requests.
6 ) Viewing employee weekly schedule for a specific year and semester.
7 ) Appling for new general maintenance and IT maintenance requests from the different branches of IPA
8 ) Applying for renewing the borrowed books and suggesting for new books.
9 ) Updating employees with the latest IPA news and events
10 ) Updating employees with available jobs in IPA so they can apply for them easily.
11 ) Providing the employees with the different IPA branches contact info.
12 ) Reviewing the details of the employee's commissions.
13 ) Providing telephone guide service, to facilitate searching for the contact information for a specific employee in IPA.
