این نرم افزار توسط شرکت کاوش کیمیای کرمان با اجازه رسمی از سازمان حفظ نباتات کشور و طبق متن رسمی فهرست سموم مجاز کشور تهیه شده است. فهرست سموم مجاز کشور نتیجه زحمات جمع کثیری از اعضا این سازمان (روسای سازمان، معاونین و کارشناسان فنی، اعضا هیات نظارت و مخصوصا دبیران محترم هیات نظارت) در طول سالیان خدمت میباشد.

این نرم افزار جهت تسهیل دسترسی دست اندرکاران کشاورزی به این مرجع عرضه شده است و برای تجویز سموم بدون نظر گیاه پزشک توصیه نمیشود. شرکت مسئولیتی در قبال اینگونه تجویز نخواهد داشت.
