يعمل تطبيق سلام عليكم في جميع محافظات ومناطق دولة الكويت وهو متوفر حالياً كتطبيق على أيفون والأندرويد ،. التطبيق يوفّر للمستخدمين خدمة التوصيل و شحن الطرود وتوصيلها حتى باب منازلهم. التطبيق يسهل إستخدامه حيث يقوم المستخدم باضافة الطرد او الشحنة المراد توصيلها ويقوم بادخال طولها وعرضها وارتفاعها ووزنها ٬ ومن ثم ادخال العنوان المراد استلام منه الشحنة ٬ ويعد ذلك يتم ادخال العنوان المراد تسليم الشحنة اليه ٬ وتظهر للمستخدم تكلفة التوصيل قبل ارسال الطرد لاعتمادها
