本软件集合了GRACE危险评分与CRUSADE出血评分两个计算器来预测急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者院内及出院可能病死率与评估患者入院后出现大出血事件的可能性
主要功能介绍:
1.公式:
CRUSADE出血评分公式:以患者特征(性别,糖尿病史,末梢血管疾病史)、入院临床变量(心率,收缩压,CHF迹象)和入院实验室值(血细胞比容,肌酸酐清除率)为基线,评估患者入院后出现大出血事件的可能性。
GRACE危险评分公式:主要用于预测ACS院内及出院后6个月病死率,该危险评分的内容包括年龄、心率、动脉收缩压、血肌酐水平、Killip分级、是否有已知心脏事件、心肌酶标志物、ST段变化等指标。
