《極限鋼管》Pole

鋼管舞已經不是過去酒吧裡，那種情色的表演，目前全球流行的 “極限競技鋼管”，更偏向於體操，是一種結合了力與美的運動，藉由基本的課程，來鍛鍊肌耐力，和核心肌群及柔軟度。

極限鋼管是技巧類課程，分別為以下幾種：

固定鋼管Static Pole：鋼管本身不會旋轉。
旋轉鋼管Spinning Pole：鋼管本身可以旋轉，但建議 “鋼管Lv.1” 畢業後接觸。
翻滾鋼管Pole Flip：各種鋼管上的翻滾技巧。

級別 Level 規劃為：
新手班：第一次接觸鋼管的必上課程，包含各種注意事項、鋼管基本功、旋轉動作、坐管、走路、站姿，是進入鋼管世界的大門。
入門班：適合鋼管初學者，打好結實的基礎。
Lv.1：具備 Jasmine 的能力。
Lv.2：具備 Invert(Straddle) 的能力
Lv.3：具備 Air Invert(Air Straddle)的能力
Lv.4：具備 handspring 的能力
