大同3C APP以「點數」為核心，向外拓展「會員登入」、「檔期活動」、「美味食譜」、「線上客服」4大功能。

「會員登入」有3種選擇：(1)門市會員卡掃描登入、(2)以帳號密碼登入、(3)輸入姓名、電話、生日進行快速登入，整體登入步驟於3分鐘內即可完成，快速整合門市與網路會員資料庫。

「檔期活動」項目包含了「檔期活動」、「主打商品」、「每日一物」、「熱銷排行」、「線上DM」，讓會員透過APP即可隨時掌握最新優惠訊息，線上直接下單訂購。

「美味食譜」綁定大同既有的食譜資料庫，可選擇分類方式瀏覽，食譜每周持續更新，在經典的大同電鍋料理之外，更擴及烤箱、複合無水料理鍋等新品食譜，會員在APP購買商品後，可直接觀看食譜進行料理。

「線上客服」提供會員直接撥打客服專線的功能，不須再翻查客服專線；如有維修保固需求，亦可直接線上填寫維修表單；同時整合全台門市資訊，透過搜尋方式可得知門市的電話與地址。
