孕酮参考值是为孕妈提供怀孕阶段孕酮指标参考值，并提供在怀孕阶段孕酮偏低的原因，如何通过食疗、药疗解决孕酮偏低的问题，全程为孕妈妈保驾护航。那么什么是孕酮呢，孕酮（黄体酮）是由卵巢黄体分泌的一种天然孕激素，在体内对雌激素激发过的子宫内膜有显著形态学影响，为维持妊娠所必需。其药理作用主要为：在月经周期后期使子宫粘膜内腺体生长，子宫充血，内膜增厚，为受精卵植入作好准备。受精卵植入后则使之产生胎盘，并减少妊娠子宫的兴奋性，抑制其活动，使胎儿安全生长。在与雌激素共同作用下，促使乳房充分发育，为产乳作准备。使子宫颈口闭合，粘液减少变稠，使精子不易穿透；大剂量时通过对下丘脑的负反馈作用，抑制垂体促性腺激素的分泌，产生抑制排卵作用。
