【随大同案件后】
丰台区第九中学宿舍楼，地下室发生命案。
死者：钱思思，安平医院精神科实习护士。
被发现时已经死亡超过1周，浑身腐烂。
经法医鉴定致死原因为心脏从内部被撕开导致大出血。

该楼地下室之前开放作为教师临时宿舍。
由于坊间传闻闹鬼已经废弃很久无人居住。

闹鬼原因：前年夏天，九中三个学生夜间偷偷进入地下室打扑克，第二天一早发现三人自缢身亡，死状狰狞恐怖。现场没有任何谋杀痕迹，也无其它人出入。由于家属坚持认为自己孩子不会那么傻跑这儿来上吊，此案至今未结。
