This courses in this mobile app can improve your living quality and psychological health.

After registration, you would land randomly to one of the courses, namely “Mindfulness”, “Psycho Education”, “Self Compassion”. According to the findings of research, these content could enhance psychological health.

The app possess multiple features:
readable and listenable content
multiple exercises to improve psychological well-being

personal progress
research questionnaire

The first 500 participants who complete the courses, post-course questionnaire and follow up questionnaire would be awarded HKD100 Cash or Cash Coupon with same value.
