预防心脏病的措施

1.少油、少盐、少糖的饮食原则。

2.多吃高纤维的蔬菜水果、多选择全谷类食物、或未加工的豆类,如芥蓝菜、空心菜、地瓜、芋头、竹笋、芦笋、韶身、糙米、燕麦、全麦面包、黄豆、红豆、绿豆⋯等。

3.多摄取维生素E,可以强化心肌,防止血凝块的形成,减少胆固醇,如小麦胚芽、芝麻、橄榄油⋯等。

4.适度的运动,以解除压力。

5.宜少量多餐。

6.多吃大豆卵磷脂,可分解脂肪与不良胆固醇,防范因血凝块而引起的中风。
