智慧型手機已成為人人隨身的標準配備，為提供民眾簡單、方便的服務，基隆市政府推出專供磯釣客使用的「磯釣達人APP」，結合政府漁業相關公開資訊、中央氣象局氣候資料及在地船家磯釣服務資訊等，提供民眾即時且方便的查詢、預約、回報與記錄管道，讓磯釣客享受一機到底的便利服務。
磯釣達人APP主要功能：
天氣資訊：查詢使用者所在地一周天氣資訊
最新消息：提供使用者查詢基隆市政府發佈之最新資訊
個人設定：記錄使用者個人及經常一起同行的釣友資料
磯釣申請：根據船家提供的可預約時間範圍，線上進行申請請作業，使用者可自行申請獲同時申請多人一同磯釣
魚獲回報：挑選所獲魚種、拍照、量測魚獲大小，即可自動計算魚獲重量並限上回傳進行申報
勇戰紀錄：記錄使用者過去魚獲資料，並以雷達圖、統計數字呈現個人釣魚分析結果
