手机端可实现功能：
1：在手机上对远程车辆（人员）定位：在地图上显示出车辆的最新位置。
2：实时监控：在地图上实时显示车辆位置并描绘行驶过的路线。
3：轨迹回放：回放指定时段胡车辆行驶轨迹和当时状况。
4：位置设防：设定车辆位置移动自动报警（防盗）。
5：位置撤防：撤销车辆位置移动自动报警（解除防盗）。
