《遇見花美男》取材於山手線 JR 電車作為故事背景，遊戲敘述在著名時尚雜誌出版社工作第三年的你，被賦予了新的雜誌任務…【遇見花美男】企劃特輯，採訪「車站型男」任務，主要目標為車站周邊型男，如：原宿、池袋、秋葉原等等，藉由採訪找尋出符合每一個城市形象所代表的美男子，採訪期間又會與帥氣的男主角們譜出什麼樣的戀曲呢！？

　　忙亂的每一天，每天都像是尖峰時段，在採訪期間帥氣的型男們總是讓人心動不已，帥氣的外表，迷人的吸引力，不斷的衝擊眼簾，在工作與感情之間難以抉擇，最後的結局又該如何選擇，是遵循採訪的對象！？亦或是轟轟烈烈的談一場戀情呢！？
