텔레뱅킹 ARS를 사용하기 위하여 대표번호로 전화를 걸었을 때 스마트폰 인 경우 화면과 음성을 동시에 제공하여 입체적인 응대가 가능한 서비스 입니다.

* 유의사항
- 탈옥 또는 루팅한 스마트폰은 서비스가 실행되지 않습니다.
- 화면서비스 이용시 전화걸기를 사용하므로 음성 통화료가 발생하며 3G망에 접속하여 사용하는 경우 데이터 통화료가 발생하므로 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 통신상태가 원활하지 않은 경우 화면서비스를 제공하지 않고 버튼식 ARS로만 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 스마트폰 펌웨어는 가급적 최신 버전으로 업그레이드 해 주시기 바랍니다.
