계약서등의 오프라인 문서를 전자문서화하여 고객이 편리하게 계약을 맺을 수 있는 서비스를 제공하는 모두의 계약 앱입니다.
시간, 장소 제약 없이 실시간으로 계약을 맺을 수 있는 편의성을 제공하는 서비스입니다.
모두의 계약에 사용되는 전자서명 방식은 전자서명법에 의해 정식 계약으로 인정됩니다.

[이용방법]
- 전화번호를 기반으로 고객간에 계약서 작성, 승인 절차가 진행이 됩니다.
(알림 및 고객확인등)
- 쌍방이 앱이 설치되어 있는 상태에서 사용이 가능합니다.

[주요 기능]
1. 계약서 작성
- 계약서 양식을 선택하여 계약서를 작성할 수 있습니다.
- 계약서 작성 후 상대방에게 승인요청을 하여 승인 확인 후 서명을 입력할 수 있습니다.
- 계약서 작성이 완료되면 이메일로 계약서 PDF문서 링크전송 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 계약서 불러오기
- 계약된 계약서 리스트를 확인 할 수 있습니다.
- 계약서를 선택하면 계약된 계약서 내용이 화면에 표시됩니다.
- 상대방의 서명을 보려면 상대방에게 서명보기 승인 완료 후 확인 가능합니다.
3. 프로필 등록
- 프로필 정보를 입력하면 계약서 실행 시 자동으로 일부 항목에 정보가 입력됩니다.
