- 텔레캅 홈가드 App은 kt텔레캅의 홈 전용 보안상품인 ‘홈가드’ 서비스의 편리한 사용을 위한 전용 어플리케이션 입니다.

- kt텔레캅의 홈 전용 보안상품인 ‘홈가드’ 서비스를 신청하면 자사의 설치사원이 고객님 댁에 방문하여 홈가드 시스템을 설치해 드리며, 고객님의 스마트 폰에 어플리케이션을 설치 후 간단한 등록절차 만으로 고객님 댁에 설치된 홈가드 보안시스템을 원격제어 할 수 있으며, 댁내 침입 발생에 따른 실시간 상태 모니터링이 가능합니다. 또한 긴급 상황 발생 시, 24시간 운영하는 kt텔레캅 관제센터에 긴급출동 요청을 할 수 있습니다. (자세한 이용문의는 kt텔레캅 홈페이지 또는 고객센터 ‘1588-0112’로 문의 바랍니다.)

※ 홈가드 어플리케이션은 kt텔레캅의 홈가드 서비스를 구매해야 사용가능 합니다.

(서비스 이용안내)

- 이상통보 서비스(SMS) : 댁내에 설치된 무선 감지기를 통한 외부 침입 발생 시, 고객님 스마트 폰으로 SMS를 전송합니다.

- 긴급출동 서비스 : 24시간 내내 댁내에서 ‘무선 비상벨’ 버튼을 눌르거나, 외부에서 관제센터(1588-0112) 로 연락주시면 현장사원에게 연결되어 즉시 고객님 댁으로 출동을 요청합니다(별도과금)

※ 단, 출동서비스 가능지역 외 거주 시, 서비스에 제한을 받을 수 있습니다.
